The plan — the synthesis

Keep the 3-zone shell you loved as the frame. Make the right zone universal — whatever Fides composes lives there. Carry the trust floors over untouched.

1

The frame stays — your 3-zone shell

Conversation on the left · the recommended-plan spine in the middle · the phone-sized live stage on the right. Exactly the version you loved. This becomes the permanent frame for every case.
The shell we keep: conversation ‖ spine ‖ phone-sized live site.
2

The right zone becomes universal

Today the phone stage only shows edits (the live site + the slide-over, below left). The change: every primitive composes into that same phone-sized stage — a scam, a status, a cancellation (below). One consistent "living artifact" zone, whatever the situation. The slide-over you loved stays for edits.
Edit — the slide-over (keep this).
Scam — now renders in the phone stage too.
Cancellation — same.
The one call I'm making: the right zone goes phone-sized for everything, not just edits — because the phone-sized feel is the specific thing you loved, and vet clients live on their phones. The receipts get reworked to render mobile-responsive in that frame. Flag me if your gut differs.

The trust floors carry over — untouched

These are invisible and independent of layout, so they move with us for free:
Propose / stamp (she proposes, the system stamps — she can't author a trust signal) · grounding floor (unbacked "verified" claims get surfaced) · distinct-by-construction (a simulated fact is a type-error to render as a real verified stamp). The move is purely the face; the spine of trust is unchanged.

How I'll build it

  1. Spec — a short build spec with the must-survive gates (the trust floors, the edit path, the slide-over), red-pennable.
  2. Graded review — one independent pass before any code (catches design drift early).
  3. Build — restore the 3-zone shell on current main; route the primitives into the phone stage; make them responsive.
  4. Validate — the trust floors still pass (119 tests + the live gates), the edit path is byte-stable.
  5. Deploy — a public link, exactly like today, for you to react to.
